Skype Customer Support–better late than, well never?

I posted a question to Skype technical support (I made sure that it wasn’t already answered in their Knowledge Base). It took over two weeks, but they did get back to me. Better late than never I guess. Honestly, whenever I fill in one of those web forms, I’m sure I’m sending my question into a black hole. I didn’t expect Skype to get back to me, but they did. So, if you’re not in any kind of hurry, go ahead and ask away.

Two weeks? Not bad. I’ve been waiting five weeks or longer for an explanation of the cryptic, automated email I received from Skype saying that my transaction had not completed.

2 weeks…
I have been waiting for 6 weeks.
I even start using another program to make my calls and they still dont respond what is wrong with my account. my credit is blocked I can not make any calls, and they dont even say why

the FAQ says that is might be for security reasons.. but….. What should I do.. how long should I wait.

You can’t have it both ways: fast, responsive customer service and cheap or almost free service. it is about choice and trade-offs!
